Responsibilities:
- In line with our business growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Junior / Sales Executive to be part of our team. You will work with our sister company, Mi Atelier Sdn Bhd. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by effectively showcasing the features of the products for residential and commercial projects.
- Understand customer requirements and map them to the most suitable products in our range.
- Prepare quotations and handle customer inquiries related to order status, delivery schedules, and after-sales support promptly.
- Manage and maintain key relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Actively source new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Work on tailored proposals and projects for both new and existing key clients.
- Represent Mi Atelier Smart Home in a professional and ethical manner, upholding the company’s values at all times.
Requirements:
- Who are we looking for?
- SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Own transport preferable and willing to travel.
- Passionate about technology (smart home)
- Fast learner and ability to work independently and collaborate between team members to meet objectives or timeline set.
- Presentable with great communication skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients and all our products are in Chinese.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
