Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Basic salary with commission
- Understand client design preferences and requirements
- Provide consultation and generate quotations to clients
- Propose and create creative designs aligned with customer space planning
- Coordinate site measurements and prepare design files for production
- Follow up on order progress and plan renovation or installation
- Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Assist Director in project-related tasks
Requirements:
- Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, AiHouse, and other design tools
- Strong responsibility, pleasant personality, and good attitude
- Able to communicate in Mandarin & English (preferred Mandarin-speaking candidates)
- Good time management and can meet tight deadlines
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
